Our progress on implementing the SuccessFactors modules for Learning, Career Development and Succession Planning faced several challenges until we engaged the Blueprint team. As they worked side-by-side with our training, talent, succession and IT teams we could see real progress which boosted our confidence towards a successful Go Live. During the course of this project, knowledge sharing and teamwork was key. Our staff guided Blueprint on local practices, while they customized the system to meet our requirements optimize the system’s effectiveness. Through strong daily collaboration, within six months we completed a pilot with five departments and achieved a successful company-wide Go Live that was celebrated with all stakeholders. Blueprint added great value through training videos, communication planning, change management and IT support. Post Go Live, we have seen strong employee adoption and the knowledge gained during the project now enables our internal teams to drive continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors modules.
